Basically hold your breath and dip your face in an ice water for about 30 seconds. Helps activate vagus response and triggers vasoconstriction which will reduce stress and help to cool you down (not to mention putting your face in ice will just generally cool you). can also be done by putting ice water in a zip lock bag and putting it over your face if you want less mess.
